Duration
6 weeks
A website and visual identity created for a conceptual luxury residential development in Dubai. Inspired by Renaissance architecture and the expressive work of French artist Eugène Delacroix, the concept reimagines classical European elegance through a bold, contemporary lens
Challenge
Luxury property websites often rely on the same visual language — muted palettes, restrained layouts and an abundance of gold. The challenge was to create an identity that still felt unmistakably premium, while introducing more colour, personality and artistic expression.
Solution
A vibrant visual system pairs rich forest green, red and warm yellow with expressive typography, classical architectural details and Renaissance-inspired imagery.
Rather than recreating the past, the identity reinterprets it. Ornate frames, arches and painterly references sit alongside contemporary layouts, bold colour blocking and modern digital interactions — creating a website that feels both established and unexpected.
The result is an ode to the old and an introduction to the new: a distinctive expression of luxury designed to resonate with a new generation of property buyers.
