Beauvais Hills │ Concept Project
Duration
3 weeks
A self-initiated concept website for Beauvais Hills, a boutique residential development in Wellington, Cape Winelands.
With no dedicated website currently available for the development, I created a complete digital direction from the ground up — developing the visual narrative, generating architectural and lifestyle renders, and designing a website that positions Beauvais Hills as a distinctive Winelands property offering.
Challenge
With limited project information and no existing website to build from, the challenge was to create a compelling digital experience without an established visual or content framework.
The concept needed to communicate more than the homes themselves. It had to capture the character of Wellington, the development's mountain setting and French Huguenot influence, while creating enough visual material to make the property feel tangible and desirable to a prospective buyer.
Solution
I developed a complete visual and digital concept around the idea of modern Winelands living rooted in place and heritage.
A refined navy, wine and warm neutral palette gives the identity a sophisticated yet distinctive character, while editorial typography and spacious layouts create a more contemporary approach to luxury property marketing.
Because limited imagery was available, I created a suite of architectural, lifestyle and brand renders to build out the world of Beauvais Hills. These were combined with location-led storytelling, property information and investment-focused messaging to create a website that feels established, considered and ready for market.
The result is a concept that demonstrates how Beauvais Hills could be positioned as more than a residential development — a limited lifestyle offering shaped by its setting, history and sense of place.
